There’s always a reason to have a lovely cup of tea. Needless to say that I do enjoy high tea that’s always served with so many delicious foods and it’s a good thing that I only indulge occasionally! I love drinking Rooibos Tea (red bush) or Honey bush tea, indigenous to South Africa. I can drink as much as I love and still be able to sleep because it’s also caffeine free.
