This book mentions the films and all of the media that was inspired by the Titanic, there is a whole section on it! But yes, I agree, I love that this book took the time to get into the stories of the crew and passengers, rather than just the story of the ship itself. It certainly add so much more to the story of the Titanic! Thanks for reading!

It’s funny that you don’t refer to the film that also revived interest in the Titanic. I would also add the museum in Belfast where the transatlantic liner was built, I visited it with the same feeling as you express for the book, there is more to this story than a shipwreck.
