I know what you mean about not being a morning person but wanting to go to a market. When I became a chef in London, I had always wanted to go to the early morning fish markets in Central London, particularly Billingsgate. It didn’t happen though because getting to Central London at 5 AM when you live in the outskirts is just not doable!
