I used to have a ton of Vietnamese coworkers and we’d exchange red envelopes every year. They always appreciated that I participated in their customs. Now, with Chinese coworkers located in China, the most I could do was send well wishes. Happy New Year!!
Having close friends who are Chinese, and others of various other different backgrounds, has enriched my life for many years. Right on!
