My family and I love to try new restaurants, especially when we are here, and exploring the west coast of Canada for six months! We ventured out to Kelowna, the biggest city in the Okanagan Valley. There are SO many restaurants at the marina, but this time my dad had a craving for BBQ so we tried the Memphis Blues BBQ. It was even featured on the Food Network TV Chanel. The beef brisket, ribs, and seasoned fries were so GOOD!

Canada’s Warmest Welcome
Hello everyone! You guys have probably been wondering where we have been for a while, I kept saying, ‘’the Okanagan Valley,’’ but I never really said WHERE exactly… We are staying in Osoyoos, (pronounced “soo-yoos”). The name Osoyoos means ‘’narrowing of the waters’’ in the Okanagan language (Syilx’tsn), and it was originally supposed to be ‘’soo-yoos” but the settlers wanted to add an “O” because the other towns start with an “O” such us Oliver, Okanagan Falls, Omak, and Oroville.
